Treatment times are reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice. Our team works incredibly hard to provide our guests with exceptional services in a timely manner to ensure every guest can have an unforgettable experience. For this reason, we request a $40 minimum deposit based on time and service. This is to cover the incurred cost of necessary expenditures.   To cancel an appointment and avoid losing your deposit, we ask for 48 hours advance notice for each Treatment booked, and 7 days’ notice for all Services amounting to Half Day (3 + hours) or Full-Day Pamper Packages. To relax and enjoy your Treatment, we kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes before your Treatment time. As a courtesy to our Spa guests, late arrivals may result in customizing your service to fit the remaining time in your booking.
